Our E-commerce division, Charming Interactive, is headquartered in New York City. It provides interactive services and strategic support to the entire company and is responsible for running our retail sites. Our retail brands, located in Columbus, OH; and Bensalem, PA; as well as our Tucson, AZ–based catalog division, each have e-commerce teams that manage and support their specific sites. Technology Assessment and Planning
This group assesses and implements new technologies that offer features and capabilities in support of
e-commerce and online marketing. Responsibilities also include technology planning, program management, QA and site testing.

Internet Service Delivery
The Internet Service Delivery team ensures customers have a satisfying online shopping experience from ordering to delivery. Responsibilities include e-commerce operations, data analysis, loss prevention and online order analysis.

New Ventures and E-commerce Planning
Based at our New York City headquarters, this department oversees new business projects. New Ventures & E-commerce Planning partners with the marketing, technology and service delivery groups and manages the planning and development of new E-commerce sites.
